EARTHLITE Deluxe Adjustable Headrest
Fit the face cradle to the client — not the other way around.

No two clients lie the same way.

The EARTHLITE Deluxe Adjustable Headrest lets you dial in the right height and angle for each one, so they can breathe easy and stay relaxed face-down for the full session — instead of shifting around trying to get comfortable.

Why this headrest earns a permanent spot on your table:

  • Fully adjustable positioning — quickly set the right height and angle for clients of different sizes and neck positions
  • Built for daily commercial use — professional-grade construction designed to hold up under repeated sessions, not just occasional use
  • Easy to clean between clients — a practical upgrade for therapists who need fast turnaround
  • Drop-in compatible — designed to work with your existing setup without added hassle

Better positioning for them. One less thing to think about for you.

From the brand: EARTHLITE has manufactured professional massage equipment since 1987, with a product line built around durability and practitioner-focused design.

What people like

This adjustable platform is widely recognized for its high level of client comfort, versatility, and ease of use. It features a robust design that allows for both precise angle tilting and vertical height adjustments, making it particularly effective for accommodating diverse body types. Users appreciate the reliable single cam lever mechanism, which locks the entire assembly securely in place, and the fact that it folds down conveniently when not in use. It is considered an essential, professional-grade accessory for those seeking a functional and durable solution for their massage practice.

Pros

  • Highly adjustable design: Features both tilt and vertical adjustments to perfectly fit clients of all sizes.
  • Simple cam lever: One lever locks the entire platform quickly and securely into position.
  • Space-saving storage: The platform folds down out of the way when not in use.
  • Professional build quality: Known for being a reliable, durable, and long-lasting accessory in the massage industry.

Cons

  • Limited motion: Lacks the dynamic, self-adjusting "flex" capabilities found in more advanced models.
  • Compatibility requirements: Requires specific 8-inch on-center outlet holes, which may not fit all non-brand tables.
  • Cushion not included: Often sold as the platform only, requiring a separate purchase for the face pillow.
  • Fixed dowel size: The 3/4-inch dowels require modification for specific table types like those with Conforma Lux.
